This course is over!
New half-day (4-hour) course runs from 1 to 5 pm.  The cost is $150 for this training.  If registering for other 4-hour courses during the period of June 24-27, the second and subsequent courses will be $125 each or take all four for $500 (must be the same individual attending all four sessions).  SNC approved (MNA201905D). 

Incident debriefing is an essential part of learning, improving and identifying steps in a given incident. The focus of this course is to provide an overall plan for post-incident management and will highlight the need for incident debriefing.  Attendees will learn the four after-action review questions that should accompany an incident debriefing:  purpose, result, causes and implication.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

·      Understand the importance of debriefings

·      Describe the difference between briefing, debriefing and stress debriefing

·      Define the components of a debriefing

·      Utilize conversational techniques for steering debriefings

·      Describe the four main components of a debriefing

·      Conduct a formal or informal debriefing
