This course focuses on helping telecommunicators learn innovative ways to capture information, frame effective questions, understand the psychological dynamics of domestic violence, and methods to keep their officers safe.
This course is SNC approved with Module II(a) endorsement; MNA200608E. The cost is $275 per person for this one-day course. Class runs from 8 am to 5 pm with an hour for lunch.
