Handling Domestic Violence Calls Mar 5, 2018
This course focuses on helping telecommunicators learn innovative ways to capture information, frame effective questions, understand the psychological dynamics of domestic violence, and methods to keep their officers safe. Attendees benefit from two instructors, one from the dispatch perspective, and the other, a law enforcement officer.
The cost is $275 per person for the one-day course.
