Courses

MACNLOW training courses provide relevant, practical information you will take back and use immediately in the workplace! Utilizing a combination of lecture, small and large group exercises, personal assessment tools and role play, we actively involve attendees in the learning process. Because our class sizes are limited, your personal questions and concerns will always be addressed.

In addition to the courses shown below, MACNLOW has many other options from which to choose.  If you don't see something you're looking for, please contact us for assistance or to host a course at your agency.  We also provide customized in-service training programs to address the specific needs of your agency.
Our calendar is updated weekly, so please check back often for more information or contact us at info@macnlow.com or at 517-410-0825 to be added to our mailing list.

Please note that all classes run from 8 am to 5 pm unless otherwise noted in the course description. Pricing information is included in the course description.

Cancellation/Refund Policy (as of 9-1-17):  All course cancellations must be in writing and sent via e-mail to register@macnlow.com. Cancellations made within four days of registration will be fully refunded or not billed to the agency, provided the initial registration occurs more than two weeks prior to the class start date. Cancellations made after four days of the initial registration date and up to two weeks prior to the course start date will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.  Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice prior to the course start date will be refunded less a $100 processing fee as MACNLOW has already committed those funds for the course.  No shows are non-refundable.  For special circumstances regarding cancellations, please contact Kristen at 517-410-0825 or send e-mail to kkemp@macnlow.com.
